3 cups Watermelon (use watermelon plus its juice)
1 Lemon, fresh squeezed
Filtered Water (as needed to help blend the mixture)
Mint leaves (optional – for a different twist blend in 1/4C fresh mint leaves )
DIRECTIONS: in a food processor or blender, mix watermelon and lemon juice until smooth. Add a little filtered water if you need to. Spoon into stainless steel or BPA-free popsicle mold, insert sticks, then freeze until solid. Release from mold and enjoy.
NOTE: for a different twist, add 1/4C fresh spearmint or peppermint leaves to the blender or food processor when making these all natural, sugar-free popsicles.
